Public News Clan OD Recruiting Update!

For quite some time we had some issues with trial members receiving their email when they register on the site, requiring an officer or higher to reset their password for them. R.agnarok has been working diligently the past few days to fix this issue. We believe we now have it resolved. We edited a few of the settings and how it sends emails. All of our testings as of late have yielded successful emails to dummy trials. We have tested all major email companies, and all have worked, for us.

So, all recruiters should now have no issue with recruiting a new member. They should receive the email, like normal. They will follow the link provided in the email to receive their trial member password.

If for whatever reasons, you still have issues with your trial receiving their email, please post here, and give the email they used, or at least the company they went through ie; Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook. Do not have an officer change their password until we have been notified there was an issue with receiving their email. We want to be sure to fix the issue, not just work around it.
