Public News General Evaluations - Vote Now!

To all those who haven't noticed and the PM by Aerineth, The Generals Evaluations has begun so please it is very important that you all take part in this Evaluation to help give General's Recognition to those Generals who deserve it the most. Thank you, below you will see Aerineth's PM.

The Promotion stage of the General Evaluations have begun! As many of you are aware, a good deal of the Generals have posted self evaluations on the forums.

Before voting on their promotion, please refer to their self evaluation on the forum, and read their self evaluation. They can be found here;

You will need to login on the forums in order to see these evaluations. The forums has a different login database, so if you do not have an account, it's strongly encouraged you create one on the forums. It should be the same as your on site account. If you have any difficulties logging into the forums, or need help as to posting on an evaluation with your opinion, feel free to contact me and I will give you any information you need.

After checking up on your Generals self evaluation, refer to the promotion waiting list here on site, and give them a vote. The promotion waiting list can be found here;

Your vote, whether good or bad, can contain anything you feel you need to tell them. If they're not doing a proper job, explain why you think so. If you think they've done an excellent job, explain that. Remember, **IMPORTANT** Anytime you make a vote on a promotion, whether it's in a General Evaluation, or any member, you need 3 reasons as to why you think they deserve or don't deserve a promotion. **IMPORTANT**

Every vote counts as 1 towards the General you vote for. You can and are encouraged to vote for as many as you think deserves/doesn't deserve. Any information regarding Evaluation values for amount needed to pass and what they will need to get over to stay at their current rank. You need to be logged in to the forums to see this page as well.
