Public News DSL Email Reminder!

As seen on the thread in forums or if you haven't yet.
Sup OD, Just a little System that has been brought to my attention by our former Major Deadshot, and has been introduced to me by him couple of months back, and he has always did a great job with it. We call this the "DSL Reminder" Email. Well, it's simple, and very easy to manage. Any Clan OD member can do it, and help their Clan in a way by helping others to login daily, and stay active. Meaning those who reach 4 DSL or more in your Division. We should send them an email every week or every fridays of the week, and such just so if they aren't aware of their DSL, we can however informed them if they are paying attention to their email accounts that have been setup on the site. If it's a invalid email then yes, they are out of luck to get a message from us. Here's an example on how it goes. It does not have to be like the below you can fix it however you'd like this is something Deadshot did with a little my words somewhere a long the lines.

Hey Gamer, Community Member of Clan Overdosed,
This is just a friendly reminder from Clan OD letting you know that you have a DSL of 4 or more, and just a reminder to login to the site to stay active so you do not DSL out. if you need your password reset? Please reply to this email with your account name, and ill get a general to reset it for you.

That is all. If we can get members like this to help out in each, and every Division weekly, and monitor the Member's page in their Division we will have a great outcome DSL wise & member database to grow, and stay constant.
