Before Approving Trial Members!

Just a reminder about adding/approving Trial Members Applications on the site, and Few things you should know for all the recruiters. Let\'s not exceed the name limit! When a potential trial member chooses a name on the \"Join Clan OD\" Application BNet alone does accept 15 letters so that means Clan OD\'s site shouldn\'t exceed it. Please explain to the potential Clan OD Member about his or her name if it\'s too long, you deny his or her application have them create a new one that is presentable. Applications should not contain names that will be offensive, racists, and so on Snowwhite has a thread somewhere which everyone should read about on forums concerning names people choose and names that are acceptable and so on, and also how to vote on Trial Members. Check below for the link I encourage those who haven\'t seen the thread should. Names such as -(OD) :::OD) $$$(OD) or any character names will not be tolerated, and will have a talk if any recruiter winds up approving accounts with such names, and characters.

Now as for the Additional Comments when approving an Application all Recruiters MUST fill the blank out do not leave it blank. Those are notes that other recruiters will see when voting on a trial member. I don\'t want to see something like \"put comment here about trial member\" or \"active\" \"GM\" make it a bit more descriptive.
