Public News Recruiting, Recruiting, Recruiting, and more Recruiting!!!

Let\'s all pick it up on Recruiting Guys! We shouldn\'t just recruit only when a Clan Event is happening. it should be a thing you guys do often to help your Clan Succeed. We are at 170 Members I know we can do better then that. Im always looking at the Members-list to make sure we doing good with our Members Database, and keeping our numbers high. Few weeks ago or a month ago we were around 180 something but that dropped again to 170 Members. Clan OD, once had over 300, or so members at the time I wasn\'t in OD, but in a Clan who was allied with OD, for many years. Clan OD would have 300 Members, and more while the clan I was with was averaging 200 members. Let\'s try to reach the Goal of 200, Members or more. Let\'s see the motivation, I know we have a lot of great guys that can do it, and it\'s possible to hit 300 again.

Btw there are always members curious whens my next promo? When will i be promoted? Gents & Ladies. If you want to be promoted you also got to go out, and work for it. A lot of members got by passed it but long ago Generals used to give Negative Votes to those up for Promotion. You know Why? Because of Recruiting, Exactly. The Officer, or Warrant Officer did not have enough Recruits to by pass his next promotion. Recruiting is what makes a Clan. We need to build the Members-Database again, and more promos come your way, and positions open up.

Please do not take this wrong, all I\'m doing is trying to motivate you all. I know some of you hate Recruiting because of the recruiting process, and how long it takes to add a trial, and so on. But then again there is those Members that love Recruiting, and they go out always trying to build the members database, and we thank you for that. Your doing it for your team, your Clan you represent! You want to show others \"yes, this is the clan I\'m in love with them, and I represent for them They are the Best Clan Out.\" I myself will go out tomorrow to Recruit as always, and bring in more recruits, and I hope you all will join me! And I hope when we look at our Members-list we will see a Huge boost. =p

** Another Reminder, make sure to follow up with your Trial Members when they are put into Trial Period. It\'s your responsibility to make sure they are passing Trial, and you should be there on stand-by to answer any questions, problems, concerns they may be having.
