Public News Clan OD HCL Mules

The access rules for items held by the Clan OD HCL mules have changed.

1) The player must be a Clan OD member in good standing with the rank of Corporal, or higher.
2) The player must have a OD-tagged HCL character that has not died and that can use the item being requested from the mules.
3) The number of times a player's character can receive items from the Clan mules is not set to a specific number. However, all Clan OD HCL players are expected to show some restraint.
