Public News ODBW: AH Maps for Recruiting now mandatory

It's been a week since I sent out a PM stating that we will now be using Intra anti-hack maps to test recruits on, so now that everyone has had time to download the maps, it is now mandatory to use them.

Those who are found not testing new recruits on Intra or other anti-hack maps will find their recruitment abilities lowered or removed.
