Public News Votes Requirement For CS

We will be changing the number of votes required to pass a CS trial membership to 12 as well as accordingly increasing CS recruiters' vote worth. The system we are looking at will be as follows:

Normal Recruiters - 2 votes
Top 5 CS Recruiters - (Certified) 3 votes
Members of the CS Elite Division - (Elite) 4 votes
CS Leaders (asfd, thigus, LordSin, possibly a 2nd-man officer) - (Certified) 5 votes

We're tired of seeing people just pass through the trial membership because of some extra votes they got when their recruiter asked another CS player to randomly go vote for them. We want the trial membership to be more challenging than just a free ticket into the clan. This will require trial members to fully interact with more than just a few members of the clan in order to get the votes that they desire.

We have confidence that this change will fulfill our idea to the fullest.

NOTE: If you are a member of OD with your main game set as CS and are wanting to place a vote for a trial member of a different game, we are instructing you to vote as a +1 vote. Failure to do so will result in loss of recruitment privileges for one week's time. We are not being lenient on this rule.

THIS SYSTEM ONLY APPLIES FOR CS!
This also does not mean that everyone is getting recruitment privileges.
