Public News Battle.Net Bot Access

As requested by BoTooH, all of the bot's databases (to my knowledge) have been cleared.

All generals (and shamen) have been re-added with 90 access according to the usernames on the Access Accounts page.
...let this be a reminded to update your Access Accounts.

Ask a general to be added to the user (access) list.

Officers: 70 S
Warrent Officers: 60 S
Enlisted: 50 S
Recruits (ODr): S
