Clan Recruiting!
Recruiting for clan helps keeps all the games played by clan members active  ! So its a good thing to recruit for the clan to have more people to game with !

As you can see theres 65 BW players, 50 d2lod players, 19 TFT players, 68 CS:S players, & 26 WoW players! Those belonging to WoW & TFT need some serious help you guys need more gamers atleast 30 or more you need to have some activity by your current game! Either the recruiters are not doing there job or theres very few who could  !

How many out of that 109 actually recruit in clan ! Only 58!

If 109 have the options to recruit members for clan why does only 58 recruit ! If you have recruiting rights you should atleast have 1-2 recruits in clan! If you dont why do u have this option to recruit members if your not doing your job correctly ! Generals/Officer should be more experience with recruiting members there should have +2 or more! Come on people recruiting is a privilege not a right!

World of Warcraft is fine, you dont really have to recruit for that game at all. Activity is not a issue with our world of warcraft members on Kel'Thuzad. We are running a somewhat successful guild on that server and its growing daily. Frozen Throne however does need help, always has.

We have to maintain the BW as the clans main game and keep it up as #1 game on the clan.Cuzz thats what our clan is base of not CS or WoW.

Explain all the rules to your recruits, and make sure to tell them to put who recruited them in their profile. Plus, a large number of these new recruits are bm and very immature, I wonder if some of you are recruiting skilled AND GM. If a member ain't good mannered do not recruit them. Its a privalge but unless you recruit quality ppl, your not helping the clan.

I didnt want to make a new news post, so im just gona add on to this on. CoW]8(0) has offered us a new type of live channel bot, it's called Servlet Bot and I just recently added to the ViewChannels( http://www.overdosed.net/index.php?view=ViewChannels) replacing the old webbot. For now you can only view the channel on east realm, but hopefully we will get west online soon. To chat you must be logged in into your (OD) account. Now you can view the channel anywhere, anytime, and all of this is thanks to CoW]8(0). ON THE OTHER NOTE; Good Job with recruiting everyone! the channel has been alot more active lately but it's not enough. Eventhough right now we have a large amount of active bw members but most of them will not last more than a month in the clan, to be safe lets say 2 months. So we need to keep on pushing it harder and harder with recruiting to recruit more new members. I know that there are a few of you are complaining about too much "noobs" or whatever but for me I dont really care. Becuase i'd rather have a mixed crowd of gamers with high level activity than a decent group of gamers with low level activity. Activity is the #1 problem for all b.net gaming clans, and it's one of the hardest things to maintain. Many clans had died due to lack of activity and many more will die in the future. Keeping the clan active is hard and sometimes we have to make some sacrifices, and 1 of which is the recruiting of "noobs" or people new to brood war. I only play BW so having an active group of bw players in the channel is important for me and those like me becuase we cannot just get on a different, say CS and game with the ODCS gamers. If BW died, I will too be gone or if there were not enough active gamers I would be discouraged to game period. However, lets take a look on the bright side of mass recruiting, there were alot of great gamers recruited during the process as well. So in the end, the BW community balances itself out with a well mixed group of bw players. And overall, activity level increases.
