Public News Ventrilo!

Ok guys, a few things about our Ventrillo server that I feel should be addressed. We are very active on Vent, that's good but we could use more members on it! Let's see some generals get on!

1) There is a lack of admins on during the day, we need more people to be admins.

2) Common Courtesy people, please don't have racist phonetics, binds or whatnot. It's against OD rules and the vent rules, please abide by it.

3) When half the channel is telling you to STFU, do it. There's obviously something wrong with your mic or the codecs on the vent server, stfu and rejoin.

4) Don't constantly spam useless crap. It gets annoying really fast when you hear beatboxing every 5 minutes. Seriously, give it a rest.

I'm glad to see all of you on the vent server on a daily basis, keep up the good work!

vent4.gameservers.com:4577 is our server and port, you can get ventrillo from ventrilo.com, or just google it from a trusted site.

After doing a little searching about the codecs on Ventrilo and the onboard motherboard issues, I found out that the problem here is direct sound. Uncheck the direct sound in setup and you should be golden with no interference.
