Public News Promoting on D2X

We need change,

The majority of the clan plays D2X.
However, a few members and myself are the only ones who seem to be adding people on the Promotion List.

Im urging everyone who has the power to add people on the promotion list to do their job even if the vote is only worth 1 point.

Right now the D2X part of the clan does not have many high ranked players, so once or if we boost up the promotion process we should be able to keep up with the rest of the clan.
