You wonder why you have not been promoted. How you even made this rank is beyond me. Then after you show your complete lack of care for this division by continuously trolling other members of the division and clan as a whole you go start talking shit about the people around and above you. An Officer in my division will act as such, you clearly have a lack of will to step up or step down...so get stepped on.
